IFFCO Recruitment 2023 – Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) invites online job applications for recruitment to the post of Agriculture Graduate Trainee. IFFCO – Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited was established in 1967 with 57 member cooperatives. The Headquarters of IFFCO is located in New Delhi, India. IFFCO accounts for India’s largest fertilizer manufacturer with a 19% market share in Urea and nearly 31% market share in complex fertilizers and is also involved in marketing. IFFCO provides high-quality fertilizers to increase the crop productivity yield and to prosper the growth of a farmer’s life.

Educational Qualification: 

Agriculture Graduate Trainee:

• Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full Time Regular Degree.
• Those candidates whose final semester results are expected by November, 2023 can also apply.
• General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and SC/ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in in B.Sc.(Agriculture) degree. Those candidates who have CGPA score in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree should convert into percentage while filling the application form.
• The candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in the year 2020 and thereafter can only apply.
• The above qualifications should be from the UGC recognized University/Institute

Training Period: One Year

Age Limit (as on 01 August 2023): 30  years

Age relaxation:

• SC/ST- 5 years
• OBC (NCL) – 3 years

Stipend: Rs. 33,300/-

Selection Process:

• Eligible candidates will be required to appear for the preliminary Computer Online Test in an open environment by using their own resources, computer/laptop with internet facility.
• The candidates were short-listed based on their performance in the Preliminary online test and will be called for the Final online test in a controlled environment at the designated Centres
• The candidates who will be short-listed on the basis of their performance in the Final Online Test will be called for personal interviews.
• Medical Examination: Candidates short-listed after Personal Interview will be medically examined as per IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection.
