College of Rajasthan is an open and state college and one of the most seasoned college in the Indian state Rajasthan, situated in the city Jaipur. It was set up on 8 January 1947 as the University of Rajputana and was given its present name in the year 1956. The University owes a lot to the foreknowledge, capacity and genuineness of the initial three Vice-Chancellors of the University viz. Dr. G.S. Mahajani, Dr. G.C.
